INVESTING IN A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

The world around us is continuously evolving, with societies being transformed at an unprecedented rate. Sustainability is at the core of this transformation and at the top of global agendas and priorities.

Environmental, social, governance (ESG) and employee-related matters, including respect for human rights, anti-corruption and anti-bribery are the essence of sustainability and should form an integral part of companies’ investment decision-making and business environment. The corporate responsibility strategy of ISWM Asset Management Ltd focuses on embedding such ESG characteristics in all aspects of its business, in line with its principles and values.

ISWM Asset Management Ltd is also fully committed to integrating consideration of such sustainability factors into its overall investment and reporting processes. This includes reviewing how any investment decision it makes will or is likely to have a material adverse impact on these factors.

ISWM Asset Management Ltd does not currently consider the principal adverse impacts of its investment decisions on sustainability factors, due to limited availability of data at this point time in the jurisdictions in which the Company performs its activities.

To this end, ISWM Asset Management Ltd intends to comply with the relevant requirements by developing processes to gather information on the sustainability impact of real estate investments and by making assessments of principal adverse impacts based on this. In addition, the Company intends to pursue future investment decisions by considering ESG principles and any associated adverse effects. Depending on the type of investment strategy followed, the Company will also consider how an investment decision might have a positive impact on the said principles.

Being true to its values, and adhering to the trust of its people, ISWM Asset Management Ltd seeks to promote quality and results through focusing on its sustainability profile.
